Your membership fee is £47 a month (including VAT in the UK) and will remain the same for as long as you remain a member in good standing. 

Although the price of the membership may increase next time it opens, your membership fee won’t change.

As long as you like!  The minimum period is just one month. Your membership fee is paid monthly so you only have to stay in for as long as you feel you are getting great value. (We hope that will be a long time – but you’re the one who decides).

However if you leave you won't be able to rejoin until the next time we open for enrolment - usually every 6 months. 

The monthly membership fee may also be higher when you rejoin.

Yes. The annual option is £470 for the year (including VAT in the UK). This effectively means you are getting 2 months membership for free. 

And also by joining for a year you are making a commitment to yourself to really lean in to the membership and get the support you need over a long enough period of time to take your business to the next stage.

Yes, many of our members sell to companies and organisations so you will have plenty of peer support. In addition, Catherine’s own background prior to starting her own business was in selling to companies so you’ll be able to draw on her knowledge and experience via the Group Coaching calls, Hotseat sessions and Training resources.

We only open enrolment for short periods so that the rest of the time we can be fully focused on our members and ensuring they have an amazing experience, rather than diluting our focus with sales and marketing activity (this is called a Launch Model and we teach this inside the membership).  

Having new members join only at certain times of year also helps ensure a safe space where everyone has time to get to know each other in between inductions. 

I currently open the membership for public enrolment every 6 months. 

The monthly membership fee is subject to increase with each enrolment.

Unlike a course there is no such thing as “falling behind” when it comes to a membership so we would encourage you to see it as a treasure trove of resources you can dip into when you need to, rather than something you have to "keep up with".

Not enough hours in the day is a big challenge for so many solo business owners so we aim to help you with that via the following:

1.  We encourage you start your membership with the Time & Energy Management Modules within the training library - by doing this you should find you free up an extra 4 hours a week to implement your next steps.

2.  Having greater clarity on what your next step is, and a laser focus on just one high impact thing at a time will mean you stop wasting time on things that either aren't working, are at the wrong stage of business for where you are, or where you are taking on more than one person can reasonably juggle and stay sane.

What I see is that most small business owners are overwhelmed is because they have simply taken on too much. They are trying to juggle too many marketing strategies that are not yielding results or getting the attention of their ideal clients, following too many different business models, being unclear on the most impactful next step for them so juggling too many things at once. So, of course, it's a recipe for overwhelm and burnout.

One of the things we want to give you within this membership is a much simpler business where you are clear on the next best step for you, and can start doing less activity that has a high impact, rather than lots of activity that either doesn't work for you or isn't right for your stage of business.

Unlike a course that you have to follow in a particular order, and to a particular timescale otherwise you fall behind and don't get the full benefit, the membership is very much designed to let you go at your own pace, and implement things in the order that is right for you. 

No rushing to keep up or following a training where you can't get an answer to your question - the support here is ongoing, for as long as you are a member in good standing.

1. Work at your own pace. The next step is always available for you when you are ready for it. Business isn't a race and we all have a different amount of time available to put in. So the membership is designed to support you regardless of what pace you want to go at.

2.  Know the next step for you. Your business is as unique as you are. The Business from the Heart Pathway will help you identify the next right step for YOU and focus on completing it. There are plenty of training modules and extra support available through the Coaching and Hotseat sessions. So rather than need to work through everything, the idea is you identify the right next step for you and then go and access the relevant trainings.
